Dosage:
¼ to 1 teaspoon taken 1 to 3 times per day.

Duration of Use:
Included in programs for restoration of gut ecology when spastic or dry constipation is involved.

Sometimes used in small amounts of ¼ teaspoon given twice daily long term for dry constipation in elderly patients.

Combines Well With:
Any other remedies used in the context of a program for irritable bowel syndrome, typically including SyGest.

Generally Not Combined With:
Okoubaka, as this remedy is drying and astringent in nature.
